What if the greatest sci-fi series ever made was reimagined for the big screen with a cast built to carry the weight of humanity’s last fifty thousand survivors fleeing extinction across the stars? This fan-made concept trailer imagines a 2026 Battlestar Galactica reboot where Arnold Schwarzenegger plays Commander William Adama, a battle-scarred veteran of the first Cylon War commanding the aging warship Galactica on the day it was supposed to be decommissioned, the same day a devastating nuclear assault wipes out twelve prosperous worlds in a matter of hours. I personally created every storyboard and visual in this “What If” concept from scratch, building a cinematic retelling where Angelina Jolie plays Laura Roslin, a low-ranking government official sworn in as President aboard an evacuation transport who becomes the reluctant political leader holding the remnants of civilization together through faith, cunning, and a refusal to let humanity die quietly. Tom Cruise plays Lee “Apollo” Adama, Adama’s estranged son strapping into the cockpit of a Colonial Viper to defend the fleet while carrying the crushing weight of his father’s shadow into every dogfight.
Elle Fanning plays Kara “Starbuck” Thrace, the fearless and reckless best pilot on the ship who leads every sortie from the front and becomes the tip of the spear against an enemy that never stops hunting them across the void. Every visual in this HD concept trailer was designed and built by me to honor the tension, humanity, and political drama that made Battlestar Galactica a landmark in science fiction while reimagining the story with a scale and intensity worthy of the cinema screen. Matt Damon plays Dr. Gaius Baltar, a brilliant scientist whose work was secretly exploited to bring down Colonial defenses, now haunted by visions of Amanda Seyfried as Number Six, a Cylon infiltrator in a flawless human body who appears only to him, whispering and guiding the fleet toward a fate only she can see. This Battlestar Galactica reboot concept trailer launches a ragtag fleet into the unknown, chased by extinction and held together by an ancient prophecy pointing to a lost thirteenth colony called Earth, led by a commander who made a promise he cannot yet prove he can keep.
